Description

Define the product vision and long-term strategic direction in alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Own product strategy execution by translating direction into actionable plans and release priorities.
Build and maintain detailed internal roadmaps and executive/customer-facing roadmaps.
Develop business cases, secure internal approvals, and use P&L insights to guide prioritization.
Establish pricing strategy, product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launch plans.
Prioritize features by balancing customer value, development effort, time to market, and competitive differentiation.
Track product performance across sales, renewals, win/loss data, adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Run trials, pilots, and MVPs to validate assumptions before broader launches.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, finance, legal, support, and leadership.
Engage customers, end-users, and partners through feedback, demos, training, and product evangelism.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or CSPO are a plus.
7+ years of product management experience within a software organization.
Experience with pricing strategies, business cases, and P&Ls.
Experience developing and executing modernization strategies, including transitioning legacy solutions to cloud-based architectures.
Experience establishing value propositions, product messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and AI-centric development with Claude Code.
Highly effective cross-functional team management and the ability to influence up, down, and across the organization.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Aha! Product Management software is preferred.
Familiarity with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and mobile apps is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product capabilities or operational efficiency is preferred.
Experience with Public Safety professional standards, wellness, or Case Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
