Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for commercial pharma teams, including sales, field force, and HQ reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into data models, data flows, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
  • Lead or support Power BI migration initiatives and reporting automation using Alteryx or similar tools.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across reporting layers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
  • Manage Agile delivery and support enhancements to existing reporting solutions.
  • Support chatbot and AI-related integrations as part of analytics delivery.

Requirements

  • 10-16 years of professional experience in commercial pharma, life sciences analytics, insights, or consulting roles.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a BI Manager, BI Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python, and Power BI.
  • Experience with standard pharma data sources such as pharmacy, HUB, CRM, IQVIA, alignments, and related datasets.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, and data warehousing.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to engage executive- and VP-level stakeholders and translate business problems into high-level analytics solutions.
  • Experience managing large accounts and contributing to account growth is preferred.
  • P&L ownership experience is an added advantage.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
