Description

  • Work on advanced data science applications to solve complex business problems.
  • Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs and business transformation initiatives with client stakeholders.
  • Present analytical solutions to business audiences and senior management, explaining solution robustness and business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics programs with client stakeholders and globally distributed Tiger teams.
  • Identify process gaps and redesign workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
  • Connect data flows, KPIs, and business processes across functions to support unified reporting and enterprise-wide analytics adoption.
  • Facilitate use-case prioritization workshops and develop analytics roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities and resource constraints.
  • Define value frameworks, baseline metrics, and ROI measurement methods to quantify business impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and VP-level stakeholders, supporting alignment, change management, and adoption.
  • Establish governance mechanisms and performance dashboards to track program health, business outcomes, and realized value.

Requirements

  • 15–18 years of professional work experience, including at least 12 years in data analytics, analytics consulting, or business transformation programs.
  • Experience engaging executive and VP-level stakeholders to shape analytics and transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in program delivery, use-case prioritization, process improvement, and analytics roadmap development.
  • Strong project management and team management skills, including working effectively with global teams.
  • Ability to quantify business impact and articulate ROI through executive-level storytelling and business cases.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical tools such as R and Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
