Description

  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reporting across multiple HR functions.
  • Maintain HR master data and HRIS systems and generate routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Administer payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations for the US and Canada.
  • Manage expense reimbursements and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee HR compliance and support HR operations, payroll, and benefits activities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate open communication across the workforce.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, programs, and practices.
  • Work on process automation and HR excellence initiatives.
  • Handle additional HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources with strong hands-on experience in HR analytics.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Google tools.
  • Ability to build dashboards using Google Sheets and Power BI is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and platforms such as Zoho, Dayforce, and TriNet.
  • Willingness to work aligned with US time zones and shift work to support global interactions.
  • Experience working remotely in a global team environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
  • Experience in a global consulting environment is desirable.
  • Comfortable working with employees across multiple time zones, including the US, Canada, UK, Spain, and Mexico.
