Description

  • Partner with the Customer Value team to build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure for provider experience metrics and related KPIs.
  • Develop metric trees that define north star metrics and their component drivers for the Customer Value team.
  • Build dashboards and data visualizations that help non-technical stakeholders understand trends and drill into metric movements.
  • Measure the impact of precision care routing on financial performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with data science to investigate major trends and explain what is driving changes in performance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support so downstream teams can effectively use dashboards and data products.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting by aligning metrics and definitions across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work with analytics engineering to maintain core dbt data models that support reporting and metric consistency.
  • Contribute to the foundational data model by adding fields and tables in line with the data style guide.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
  • Experience with product analytics and/or finance analytics.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
  • Experience with Looker or similar visualization tools such as Hex, Tableau, or Omni.
  • Experience creating data models and building dashboards.
  • Strong user empathy and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work independently with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities and dependencies proactively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous problem areas and learning new approaches.
  • Passion for Spring Health’s mission to remove barriers to mental health care.

  • Target base salary range of $125,000 to $142,000.
