Description

  • Tell clear, business-relevant stories about talent using data and insights.
  • Use AI to improve insight generation, decision support, and experimentation.
  • Design, own, and evolve the People data foundation, including pipelines and BigQuery data models, in partnership with Data Engineering and HR Operations.
  • Build scalable analytics products and tools, including Tableau dashboards and AI-enabled products.
  • Partner with People Team and business leaders to define high-impact talent questions, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end across the People Team, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and DEIB.
  • Foster a culture of data-informed decision-making across the People Team and the broader organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Psychology.
  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in People Data Science or People Analytics.
  • Experience and interest in managing data pipelines and data warehousing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and other audiences.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets.
  • Proficiency with Tableau.
  • Familiarity with statistics or programming languages such as R or Python.
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills.

Benefits

  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
  • Competitive salary range of $197,200 - $255,200 for several major metro areas.
  • Competitive salary range of $177,700 - $229,200 for Austin, Washington DC, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington.
  • Competitive salary range of $167,500 - $216,700 for all other U.S. locations.
