Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee programs that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear program plans and surface tradeoffs for stakeholder alignment.
  • Own end-to-end program execution from intake and scoping through launch readiness and retrospective.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and partner with teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, CX, QA, Analytics, Business Apps, and Enablement.
  • Establish operating rhythms such as meeting cadences, decision logs, escalation paths, dependency tracking, and change communication.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that support program visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage risks proactively and provide recommended paths forward when issues arise.
  • Keep stakeholders and leadership informed on program status and next steps throughout the lifecycle.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and automation to drive smarter, faster operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in service operations or a related area.
  • Experience managing concurrent projects.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Coda, or Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build with AI and automation by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing them.
  • Experience using AI to meaningfully improve a workflow, process, or reporting system.

  • Competitive salary range of $122,400-$158,400 for certain metro areas.
  • Competitive salary range of $110,500-$143,000 for Austin, DC, California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington.
  • Competitive salary range of $103,700-$134,200 for all other U.S. locations.
