Description

  • Partner with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best service solutions.
  • Handle customer requests across phone, chat, SMS, and email channels.
  • Complete at least 55 inbound and outbound calls per day to help determine the right resolution.
  • Build rapport with customers and anticipate their needs.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Listen to customer concerns, probe for details, and provide recommendations when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries while de-escalating issues and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Follow up proactively with customers via SMS and email.
  • Track and maintain performance metrics including revenue attainment, quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score.
  • Share trends and improvement opportunities with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Participate in weekly development sessions, training, and team support activities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of inbound and/or outbound sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry.
  • Proven experience in high-volume, revenue-driven sales.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • English proficiency.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to share techniques and successes with the team.
  • Experience in prospecting and pipeline management.
