Description

  • Design and implement performance measurement frameworks for paid advertising channels including Search, Social, Display, Video, and affiliate.
  • Analyze trader acquisition and activation metrics to identify optimization opportunities across paid media campaigns.
  • Forecast campaign performance, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) using historical media and conversion data.
  • Lead A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and conversion funnels.
  • Optimize paid marketing budget allocation across channels based on ROI, CAC, and LTV analysis.
  • Monitor post-acquisition signals such as activation and early trading behavior to evaluate traffic quality.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of paid advertising strategies and media presence within the Japanese forex industry.
  • Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, marketing, product, and technology teams.
  • Ensure all paid advertising activities comply with JFSA regulations, advertising guidelines, and platform policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets with measurable ROI impact.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable business results through paid acquisition and media optimization.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, bidding models, and attribution frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English at business level.
  • Knowledge of Japanese CFD market advertising practices and regulatory constraints (preferred).
  • Experience with statistical programming languages such as R or Python (preferred).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or major advertising platforms (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, and affiliate platforms (preferred).
  • Understanding of trading platform metrics and financial market operations (preferred).
