Description

  • Build and maintain dashboards covering acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Connect and analyze data from advertising platforms, websites, CRM systems, trading systems, and internal databases.
  • Define consistent marketing reporting standards and data definitions.
  • Measure performance by market, channel, campaign, creative, device, and customer segment.
  • Analyze the funnel from visitor through registration, KYC completion, first-time deposit, and active trading.
  • Develop attribution models and evaluate channel incrementality.
  • Monitor CAC, CPA, cost per verified client, cost per FTD, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.
  • Identify tracking gaps, data-quality issues, and abnormal performance patterns.
  • Create customer cohorts and analyze retention, deposits, and trading behavior.
  • Support forecasting, target setting, annual planning, experiments, promotions, and new-market launches.
  • Present analysis as clear commercial recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Advanced SQL and strong spreadsheet skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and major advertising platforms.
  • Understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and experimental design.
  • Ability to work with large, multi-source datasets.
  • Strong commercial judgment and communication skills.
  • Python or R experience is desirable.
  • Experience in FX, CFD, fintech, financial services, gaming, or another high-volume digital acquisition business is highly desirable.
