Description

  • Lead visual design execution across retail, digital, and customer-facing brand touchpoints.
  • Develop reusable templates and visual frameworks for omnichannel brand assets.
  • Ensure cohesive brand expression and operational consistency across channels.
  • Maintain photography standards for ghost mannequin and on-figure PDP imagery, including proportion, color accuracy, and product cohesiveness.
  • Lead development of AI-assisted retouching, PDP updates, new product shots, and editing workflows.
  • Conceptualize and execute retail window displays within production, flow, and budget constraints.
  • Create visually impactful retail experiences that support seasonal campaigns and merchandising goals.
  • Develop the foundational Brand Muse visual deck to guide brand narrative and aesthetic direction.
  • Align creative direction across campaigns, retail, social media, and other creative assets.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback and creative direction to junior designers, freelancers, and agency partners.

Requirements

  • Expertise in print and digital file development.
  • Production artist experience in fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce environments.
  • Degree and/or prior work experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level concepting and polished execution across digital and print.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Strong understanding of art direction, photography, and storytelling through design.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience leading or developing AI-assisted retouching, PDP, new product shots, and editing (preferred).
  • Experience designing packaging systems across retail and e-commerce environments.
  • Ability to work with junior designers, freelancers, and agency partners.
