Description

  • Engage customers to identify true operational pain points and translate them into structured solution requirements.
  • Distinguish symptoms from root causes and define measurable success criteria tied to operational outcomes.
  • Assess physical, environmental, and operational feasibility in live production settings.
  • Evaluate SKU variability, production complexity, and solution scope boundaries before mobilisation.
  • Approve or decline progression based on structured feasibility assessment.
  • Review dataset adequacy and validation thresholds to confirm readiness for deployment.
  • Verify that trained model performance aligns with agreed specifications before go-live.
  • Withhold release when defined deployment standards are not met.
  • Remain engaged during early-stage stabilisation and provide architectural clarity when issues arise.
  • Support the transition from hypercare into business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing operations, quality assurance or compliance, production leadership, or technical operations in FMCG or food & beverage environments.
  • Experience operating in live factory environments.
  • Ability to diagnose operational or compliance risk.
  • Structured and systems-oriented thinking.
  • Confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Strong stakeholder communication capability.
  • Comfort working under commercial pressure without compromising standards.
  • Coding expertise is not required.
  • Deep AI engineering knowledge is not required.
  • PLC programming and network configuration experience are not required.
