Description

  • Lead enterprise technology projects from planning through deployment, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Partner with technology and cross-functional leaders to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues when needed.
  • Manage vendor processes, including the administrative workflow for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Communicate project status, success criteria, risks, and deployment activities to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as executive summaries, steering committee decks, status reports, and retrospectives.
  • Support change management efforts so staff are prepared for, trained on, and supported through technical transitions.
  • Lead project initiatives tied to performance management, new revenue models and offerings, and contact center improvements.
  • Build and streamline project onboarding processes using project management software and related tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Technical Project Management leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to deployment.
  • Experience delivering technical solutions across multiple business units in a large organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow up independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana, and MS Project.
  • Proficiency with office productivity suites.
  • Technical fluency with software ecosystems, including understanding of system integrations and hardware dependencies.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, CPMAI, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, and Six Sigma.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is preferred.
