Description

  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for concurrent software development projects.
  • Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and alignment with product strategy and business goals.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use project management techniques and data analytics to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making.
  • Track and coordinate project work using tools such as GitHub, Smartsheets, or similar platforms.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to reduce delays and budget overruns.
  • Coordinate release cycles, manage roadblocks, and support root cause analyses as needed.
  • Coordinate user testing and resolve issues in a pragmatic and appropriate manner.
  • Maintain stakeholder and vendor relationships, including communication of status, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members while fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the clinical research industry, artificial intelligence, machine learning, medical device product development, and software as a medical device (SaMD).
  • PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Salary range of $89,000 to $148,000 per year.
