Description

  • Own the roadmap for core organic growth platform features.
  • Run continuous product discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and competitor research.
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities before they become obvious.
  • Make prioritization decisions based on user impact and business value.
  • Prototype working solutions using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Replit.
  • Partner with engineers to refine prototypes and ship production-ready features.
  • Maintain a high quality bar while moving quickly from idea to testable prototype.
  • Track competitor features, positioning, pricing, and AI search platform changes.
  • Synthesize market trends into actionable product insights and share them across the team.
  • Define KPIs, run experiments, and use product data to guide feature decisions and remove underperforming work.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product experience at a fast-moving startup, preferably an AI company.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Software engineering background with the ability to read and write code.
  • Strong UX instincts and a user-centered approach to product decisions.
  • Daily use of product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • High ownership and a bias toward solving problems independently.
  • Strong product taste and judgment for what good looks like.
  • Power-user fluency with AI coding tools as part of daily work.
  • Ability to learn new AI tools in days, not months.
  • Comfort treating AI as a core part of the workflow rather than an add-on.
