Description

  • Provide system administration for the Learning Management System (LMS), including daily management, user assignment and registration, and routine maintenance.
  • Structure and optimize LMS configuration, including integrations, sub-portals, teams, permissions, and related system operations.
  • Manage daily operations and logistics for the Public Training team, including scheduling, record-keeping, attendance, vendor coordination, and related tasks.
  • Update system workflows, maintain documentation, and recommend improvements to enhance training experiences.
  • Create schedules for timely training updates and archive content on schedule.
  • Track, analyze, and report on training metrics, including attendance, completion rates, and usage, and create custom and scheduled reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to diverse audiences and resolve user issues with clear, professional communication.
  • Plan for training capacity by reviewing LMS usage, cost analysis, staffing schedules, and training requests.
  • Collaborate with the Public Training team and cross-functional partners to deliver accessible, effective trainings aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure security and best practices across the LMS and online training systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing and improving LMS users’ learning experiences.
  • 3+ years of experience in daily administration and scheduling for training teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in learning management system (LMS) administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule, maintain, support, track, analyze, and report on learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated history as a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative strategist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of LGBTQ+ young people and the unique challenges they face.
  • Demonstrated commitment to staff wellness and a trauma-informed approach, especially in crisis intervention contexts.
  • Strong resilience and adaptability in handling crisis situations and providing effective support under pressure.
  • A quiet, private work environment with high-speed dedicated broadband internet access (minimum 10Mb down/5Mb up).
  • Proficiency in LMS management, training team administration, technical support, customer service, reporting and analytics, and spoken and written English.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Remote work location must be in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
