Description

  • Manage and execute data syncs and ETL processes between the CRM and third-party revenue channels to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop, maintain, and run reports and data extracts for finance, development, and marketing teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data requests from the advancement team and channel leaders.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution for data integrity issues, system errors, and integration failures.
  • Handle duplicate merges, regular data updates, and basic system questions.
  • Configure batch data processes in Salesforce when direct integration is not possible and manage third-party data flows.
  • Administer donor-facing platforms and CRM settings in partnership with development and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and content teams on systems support.
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, integrations, reporting processes, and data quality standards.

Requirements

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Remote work eligibility in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Proficiency in administration and data management of a major CRM platform such as Salesforce NPSP, Raiser’s Edge, or Dynamics.
  • Experience using data querying tools or languages such as SQL, SOQL, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions.
  • Experience with data integration or ETL tools such as Mulesoft, Zapier, or Informatica.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and problem-solving skills, including multitasking and working within tight timelines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and support an inclusive, belonging-centered environment.
