Description

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
  • Supervise and support RBTs.
  • Partner with families to support consistent, effective care.
  • Complete documentation and maintain clinical quality standards.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in ABA.
  • Balance clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license are required.
  • Experience providing ABA services via telehealth.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Full-time availability for a remote role with travel required.
