Description

  • Deliver individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student’s goals and learning profile.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Support skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reduction of challenging behaviors that affect learning.
  • Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student engagement and regulation needs.
  • Use creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain student momentum during sessions.
  • Track behavior data during sessions.
  • Communicate with families, supervising BCBAs, and school district partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents or guardians on environmental modifications and physical prompting when necessary.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
  • Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
  • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
  • Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
  • Ability to keep students engaged in an online setting.
  • Comfort coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
  • Availability during Pacific Time hours is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
