Description

  • Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction tailored to each student's experience level, project goals, and learning style.
  • Create structured lesson plans aligned with student goals, from introductory 3D modeling to industry certification prep and technical drafting.
  • Adapt instruction in real time using screen-sharing and interactive workflows to troubleshoot software issues and refine design techniques.
  • Explain geometry and drafting principles as part of technical design support.
  • Track student project progress and technical milestone achievements.
  • Communicate with families and school partners about portfolio development, software mastery, and progress.
  • Support students working toward high school, college, and career-focused design and CAD outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working with students who have education needs.
  • Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
  • Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
  • Ability to keep students engaged in an online setting.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
  • Availability during Pacific Time hours is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
