Description

  • Source and qualify outbound opportunities to generate leads for client sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for clients’ Account Executives.
  • Schedule and book customer demos or meetings to advance opportunities down the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outbound outreach including cold calls and other communications to engage prospects.
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to support client revenue objectives.
  • Use company prospecting systems and technologies to identify target audiences and advance opportunities using proprietary strategies.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s systems, client products, sales industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development to apply effective processes and methods for tech sales prospecting.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Open to candidates located anywhere in Canada with reliable internet access (remote role).
  • No prior sales experience required; candidates at various career stages (recent graduates to experienced professionals) are welcome.
  • Passion for innovation/technology and a high level of integrity.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive approach.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong work ethic, drive for achievement, and a track record of success.
  • Willingness to complete the application/interview process including resume submission, phone interview, skills assessment, video interview, and a cold call test.
  • Willingness to participate in comprehensive training and onboarding.
