Description

  • Identify and clarify requirements across end-to-end processes and systems in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct structured interviews, lead cross-functional workshops, and analyze available data to understand current processes and define future target processes.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system functionalities to build lasting knowledge and support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a center of excellence for production-related topics by understanding process structures, system functionality, and stakeholder roles.
  • Challenge the current state critically and serve as the link between IT and business teams.
  • Prepare requirements for implementation of projects and features in a clear, stakeholder-appropriate way.
  • Enable prioritization of requirements and solutions for ongoing delivery.
  • Support the development of new processes and technical solutions that improve production.
  • Work in an agile environment and contribute to the implementation of complex business processes in the production area.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of solid professional experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or IT Consultant in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience in eliciting and modeling complex business processes in a production/manufacturing context.
  • Strong understanding of IT requirements management challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in working on complex IT topics and strong technical understanding.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
  • High self-motivation with a structured and goal-oriented working style.
  • Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and fast execution.
  • Minimum C1-level German language skills are required.
