Description

  • Define and evolve the brand positioning, brand architecture, visual identity, and communication strategy across categories, channels, and markets.
  • Act as brand guardian by ensuring consistency and excellence across campaigns, content, packaging, digital experiences, and consumer touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of integrated communication platforms and brand campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and long-term brand equity.
  • Shape consumer-centric communication strategies, including target audiences, key messages, activation plans, and channel-specific approaches.
  • Oversee the evolution of the visual identity and packaging ecosystem to maintain a consistent and distinctive brand experience.
  • Lead and develop internal creative and brand teams while managing external agencies and production partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, DTC, International, and Local Marketing teams to create seamless consumer journeys and integrated brand experiences.
  • Own brand performance tracking, campaign effectiveness measurement, and marketing investment allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Drive campaign execution, content development, and creative reviews as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of international brand marketing and communications experience, ideally in FMCG or another fast-moving consumer environment.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and strengthening consumer brands through distinctive positioning and impactful communication.
  • Experience leading large-scale brand platforms, communication architectures, and integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including TV and digital.
  • Extensive experience with brand redesigns, visual identity systems, and packaging strategies across multiple categories and touchpoints.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand strategy with hands-on campaign execution, content development, and creative reviews.
  • Demonstrated success leading and inspiring both in-house creative teams and external agencies.
  • Strong expertise in digital-first, social, influencer, content, and e-commerce-driven brand building.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience thriving in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments with a pragmatic, low-ego, action-oriented leadership style.
