Description

  • Lead the introduction, further development, and operation of the company’s AI platforms and AI services.
  • Evaluate new technologies, features, and integrations and translate them into sustainable platform strategies.
  • Ensure the AI landscape remains secure, scalable, and future-ready.
  • Develop governance models, role and permission concepts, and technical guardrails for AI usage.
  • Work closely with Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders to introduce new AI capabilities responsibly.
  • Assess platforms, integrations, and AI services for risk, compliance, and technical feasibility.
  • Own new AI-related questions and requirements and drive them from analysis to implementation.
  • Create recommendations, structure complex topics, and move initiatives forward in a clear and organized way.
  • Support business teams in the safe and effective use of AI and act as a technical sparring partner.
  • Contribute hands-on to integrations, automations, architecture concepts, and platform solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience building, operating, or improving platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services.
  • Experience with modern AI platforms and the AI ecosystem, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role/permission concepts.
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to prepare, evaluate, and communicate technical decisions in a structured and understandable way.
  • Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Comfort working through complex or ambiguous topics and driving them forward.
  • Confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in new technologies and their potential value for the business.
  • Residence in Germany is required for this position.
  • Senior-level role; full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Experience with cloud environments or technical service ownership is relevant.
  • Ability to assess technical feasibility of AI solutions is expected.
