Description

  • Translate business requirements into concrete, implementable AI solutions in close collaboration with business, security, and engineering teams.
  • Own AI use cases from initial idea through production, including implementation, alignment, documentation, and transparency.
  • Bring AI, LLMs, and agents into productive workflows and contribute to the central AI infrastructure and platform.
  • Work hands-on with enterprise AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise to improve their usability and adoption.
  • Build and maintain workflows and automations in n8n and enable teams to use them independently.
  • Evaluate, introduce, and consolidate AI tools while developing security standards and governance approaches.
  • Develop AI use cases such as RAG applications, chat assistants, and agent-based workflows with human approval steps.
  • Connect structured and unstructured data sources and prepare them for AI retrieval use cases.
  • Help develop governance models, role and permission concepts, and technical guardrails for company-wide AI usage.
  • Act as a technical sparring partner for business and engineering stakeholders on AI adoption and integration.

Requirements

  • Mid to senior level experience.
  • Resides in Germany; this position requires a German place of residence.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical AI solutions, ideally in a project-based or consulting-like environment.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic AI into productive workflows.
  • Experience with automation tools such as n8n or similar.
  • Confident use of modern enterprise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Experience connecting data sources and preparing them for AI retrieval use cases such as embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
  • Solid technical implementation skills, e.g. with Python, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong awareness of data privacy, security, and governance, including GDPR.
  • Knowledge of or interest in agile methods, change management, and project coordination.
