Description

  • Coordinate directly with classroom teachers to manage day-to-day logistics for high-dosage tutoring programs.
  • Manage session schedules, on-site space and technology needs, student progress reporting, and usage data.
  • Communicate changes, concerns, and updates to partners in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
  • Manage on-site logistics with assigned tutors, students, and teachers.
  • Travel throughout California, primarily the greater Los Angeles area, for school site visits, support, and in-person presentations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with primary school-site contacts and other district stakeholders.
  • Analyze client usage reports to identify trends and track client health and performance.
  • Prepare customized reports and analysis that show the value and impact of the program.
  • Consult with school district contacts and teachers on best practices to engage eligible students in tutoring services.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to support key accounts, reporting, and administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Must live in the greater Los Angeles area and have reliable transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3+ years of work experience in an education-related field required.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to own customer relationships and advocate for customer needs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, collaborate, assess problems, and identify proactive solutions quickly.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and understanding of internet services.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Preferred: bilingual in English/Spanish or multilingual.
  • Preferred: experience working with educational technology solutions.
  • Preferred: experience working in K-12 schools or school districts; former teachers are encouraged to apply.
