Description

  • Plan, develop, and oversee scientific content for assigned client accounts.
  • Work with the Group Scientific Director to provide strategic medical communication recommendations aligned to brand goals.
  • Lead execution of content development activities independently.
  • Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and related content tasks.
  • Conduct background research to support content development.
  • Perform data checking and reference annotation.
  • Support scientific content across different target audiences and therapeutic areas.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in science is required.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in promotional medical education and/or medical affairs content.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage projects within tight deadlines with limited direction.
  • Experience with established professional medical editorial processes, such as AMA style, is required.
  • Experience with ethical guidelines for medical content is required.
  • Experience with solid and/or hematologic cancers is strongly preferred.
