Description

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from paid ads, content marketing, organic traffic, and referrals.
  • Respond to inbound cold email and LinkedIn replies from interested prospects.
  • Maintain and organize a pipeline of inbound leads using the company's internal software platform.
  • Follow up with leads in the sales CRM, including previously interested contacts and closed-lost opportunities.
  • Call and qualify inbound prospects over email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone.
  • Assess prospect needs and secure appointments for the Account Executive team.
  • Send reminders and confirm attendance to help ensure high show rates for scheduled meetings.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Proactive and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and keep pursuing opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Results-driven and competitive, with motivation to hit and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound sales tools.
  • Able to work closely with a team to support a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to multiple sales channels and tools.
