Description

  • Connect with users by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and business development teams to identify product opportunities.
  • Develop user-informed intuition by studying customer psychology, pain points, and behavior.
  • Create roadmaps and metric targets, then track progress toward product goals.
  • Lead product ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and releases within a key product area.
  • Generate fresh product ideas through user feedback, brainstorming, and competitive research.
  • Prioritize initiatives in a data-informed way to maximize impact with limited resources.
  • Lead cross-functional product development efforts across UI/UX, engineering, QA, and data analysis.
  • Serve as the point person for building products and features for users.
  • Write design documents and web updates for new content, features, and initiatives.
  • Initiate data-driven experimentation and analysis for new products and features.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • Experience in a startup or other high-ambiguity environment.
  • Prior consumer-facing product development experience, ideally with mobile or subscription-based products.
  • Experience with psychology-based products, gamification, or other behavior-oriented apps.
  • The ideal candidate is based in Europe.
  • Strong consumer user empathy and perspective.
  • Experience driving strategy and big-picture thinking.
  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, and goal-setting.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Scrappy, execution-focused, and outcome-focused approach.
  • Curious and teachable mindset.
