Description

  • Manage and execute projects on behalf of clients.
  • Provide virtual assistant support including scheduling, emailing, lead conversion, research, and data entry.
  • Adjust to changing client priorities, needs, deadlines, and business processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients with different personalities and communication styles.
  • Assess open-ended problems, recommend solutions, and implement them with limited oversight.
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying on top of deadlines and turnaround times.
  • Work across web-based applications and learn new systems independently.
  • Support clients with HubSpot automations and build-out tasks.

Requirements

  • U.S.-based candidate.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success in operations, administrative support, and/or executive assistant roles.
  • Own clients or prior freelance engagement experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems with little to no oversight.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Comfort using a variety of web-based applications and AI tools thoughtfully.
  • Computer and strong, consistent internet connection.
  • Preferred: availability on weekdays and ability to turn around most requests within 1-2 days.
