Description

  • Develop new accounts and expand existing customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Meet and exceed an assigned gross profit quota of $1.1M+.
  • Build future sales pipeline through account planning and territory planning.
  • Close deals on a monthly and quarterly basis, including software and service contracts ranging from $50K to $2M.
  • Work with consulting teams to close complex security opportunities at the C-level.
  • Partner with vendor representatives to identify and close security software and hardware opportunities.
  • Serve as the face of the company and communicate Tevora's value proposition to prospective customers.
  • Stay ahead of customer budget cycles by proactively executing sales plans.
  • Leverage internal resources to add value for clients and support solution selling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in security consulting or technology sales.
  • Proven consistent over-quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of IT and networking.
  • Direct selling experience with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Working knowledge of the channel sales model.
  • Formal sales training such as Miller Heiman, Sandler, or Solution Selling, with proven proficiency in applying those methods.
  • Knowledge across regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and penetration testing.
  • Familiarity with security industry vendors and solutions, including security operations, GRC, advanced threat/behavioral analysis, and next-gen endpoint solutions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences and work independently without detailed guidance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field from a competitive 4-year university.
  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, accountability, customer focus, and attention to detail.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States.
