Description

  • Own special projects directly for the CEO across revenue, partnerships, market expansion, strategic accounts, AI workflows, internal systems, and narrative development.
  • Use AI to speed up research, synthesis, drafting, workflow design, meeting preparation, and execution cycles.
  • Build commercial briefs, operating documents, account plans, market maps, partner analyses, and internal decision memos.
  • Turn ambiguous CEO priorities into clear workstreams with owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Pressure-test ideas using commercial logic and practical judgment.
  • Support founder-led growth work where speed, preparation, and sharpness matter.
  • Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows that improve productivity across marketing, sales, client strategy, and execution.
  • Help leadership move faster without lowering standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, founder's office, GTM operations, consulting, product strategy, biz ops, or a similar high-output environment.
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous projects end to end.
  • Strong AI fluency in research workflows, synthesis, drafting, automation, knowledge management, and productivity use cases.
  • Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars: eCommerce, Marketing, or Media.
  • Enough fluency across the other two pillars to contribute credibly from day one.
  • Clear ability to become commercially fluent across all three pillars quickly.
  • Excellent writing, synthesis, and presentation skills.
  • High stamina, high standards, and low ego.
  • Ability to work directly with a founder at speed.
  • Comfort turning context into action without step-by-step instruction.
  • Commercial credibility beyond operational organization.
  • Comfort being evaluated on output quality, speed to credibility, and usefulness rather than activity.
