Description

  • Lead the full feature and product lifecycle from planning and development through launch, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Manage the iterative product process from idea conception to production, including scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Create product specifications such as wireframes, process workflows, state transition diagrams, copy decks, acceptance test plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, and personas.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog by translating high-level requirements into user stories and performing ongoing acceptance testing.
  • Champion the product internally and externally to drive rapid adoption and measure user utility.
  • Define goals and KPIs around customer value and drive strategies to achieve them.
  • Engage in end-user research to capture customer feedback, understand pain points, and share key takeaways with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze quantitative data to identify the most successful strategies and new product opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to automation and efficiency across internal processes.
  • Work with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, release plans, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an analytical, product-focused role.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering products as a Product Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience writing user stories and defining epics.
  • 2+ years of experience writing code strongly preferred.
  • Experience in construction technology or IoT strongly preferred.
  • Experience bringing technology products to market in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to develop clear and targeted documentation, including process flows and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
