Description

  • Own the lifecycle of Appian’s internal DemoHub application, including roadmap prioritization, requirements, release quality, and adoption measurement.
  • Manage and curate the reusable demo asset library to ensure quality, clarity, relevance, and field readiness.
  • Lead the creation and management of Storylane interactive demos and clickable customer experiences with Product Marketing.
  • Architect and maintain Solutions Consulting demo environments with appropriate deployment patterns, service boundaries, security, and governance.
  • Coach and develop a distributed technical team responsible for demo assets, application design, and environment management.
  • Partner with Product, Enablement, Sales Operations, IT, and field leadership to align demo strategy with go-to-market priorities.
  • Use metrics, prioritization frameworks, queues, and stakeholder management to drive adoption and deliver high-value work.
  • Champion AI-assisted demo generation while establishing responsible quality and usage guardrails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering within enterprise software.
  • Hands-on expertise with Appian application design, including SAIL, process models, data modeling, integrations, security frameworks, and deployment patterns.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, requirements gathering, and release management.
  • People leadership experience managing and coaching distributed technical teams.
  • Strong demo development and curation skills focused on quality, reusability, and customer impact.
  • Experience with interactive demo platforms such as Storylane, video production tools, and demo artifact workflows.
  • Ability to work through metrics and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales.
  • Experience building reusable application architectures and component libraries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development, sales operations or enablement programs, and platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow (preferred).
