Description

  • Set product strategy for workplace management and employee engagement capabilities.
  • Own and evolve the roadmap across workplace insights, real estate optimization, engagement, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead continuous discovery with Design and Research to identify customer needs and validate concepts.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, competitive signals, and AI-assisted research to prioritize opportunities.
  • Orchestrate AI-enabled workflows for research, requirements, scenario analysis, prototyping, and communication.
  • Identify and develop responsible, reliable agentic AI product opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to clarify outcomes, make trade-offs, and deliver high-quality products.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate adoption, customer behavior, efficiency, retention, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support on positioning, launches, adoption, and market feedback.
  • Adapt priorities as customer needs, technology, and market conditions change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, owning products from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Experience shaping product strategy, managing complex roadmaps, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery, customer research, problem-framing, and assumption-testing skills.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make trade-offs across customer, technical, data, and commercial priorities.
  • Data-driven approach, including defining success metrics and using analytics to evaluate outcomes.
  • High AI fluency and experience using AI as part of daily product workflows.
  • Ability to orchestrate AI agents by defining context and constraints, delegating tasks, verifying outputs, and applying human judgment.
  • Experience with AI-assisted prototyping, rapid application development, or vibe-coding tools.
  • Ability to assess agentic AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, reliability, risk, and measurement.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Research, and go-to-market teams.
  • Builder mentality, ownership, adaptability, and ability to turn ambiguity into measurable impact.
