Description

  • Meet with customer end-users in person and virtually to assess the scope and needs of custom training content.
  • Serve as the primary lead for customizing the LMS to meet customer needs.
  • Create learning materials such as courses, guides, presentations, and videos for external customers and internal employees.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to bring in cross-functional expertise and maintain accurate content.
  • Collect and apply stakeholder feedback to improve content quality and effectiveness.
  • Host and deliver training sessions for customers and employees both in person and virtually.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve content strategy and quality.
  • Generate new content ideas aligned with company goals and industry trends.
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to the overall content strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital technologies, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing, building, and delivering training programs.
  • 5+ years of experience creating and executing content development strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience writing, editing, and finalizing technical content for marketing, sales, and education purposes.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills.
  • Experience understanding audience content consumption and creating content accordingly.
  • Strong experience using content management systems and tools such as HubSpot, Help Scout, Docebo, and ZenDesk.
  • Experience with content creation programs such as Articulate.
  • Experience with design and video tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and VEED.
  • Strong experience using narratives and storytelling to build customer loyalty and awareness.
  • Strong experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and similar teams.
  • Experience leveraging data to report on ROI-driven results.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Travel required 30–40%.
