Description

  • Implement and enable Tenable Exposure Management solutions for client organizations.
  • Onboard Tenable technologies using industry standards and best practices.
  • Deliver customized solutions that address vulnerabilities across a client’s attack surface.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and security needs to tailor engagements.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships and support ongoing satisfaction.
  • Provide consultative advice and ongoing insights based on Tenable products, client needs, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Support installation, configuration, operation, upgrades, and migrations of Tenable solutions.
  • Assist clients in developing security policies, standards, procedures, and Exposure Management programs.
  • Guide clients on best practices for deploying and using Tenable One solutions.
  • Manage client escalations and coordinate with delivery teams and other internal departments.
  • Train client staff on Tenable implementation, configuration, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, including professional services experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Italian, Spanish, French, or German is an advantage.
  • Comfortable leading 3+ hour client calls and keeping tasks moving while covering all relevant topics.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues.
  • Experience identifying threats and risks related to Exposure Management, including vulnerabilities in host or network configurations.
  • Recent experience performing vulnerability scans, configuration audits, and security monitoring with Tenable products or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Metasploit and related tools used to exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with application security testing, OWASP, and common exploitable web application threats.
  • Knowledge of auditing and configuration frameworks such as ISO 17799, CIS, PCI, GLBA, and HIPAA is preferred.
  • Experience managing client expectations, building relationships, and delivering consultative advice.
  • Understanding of IT security principles across networks, operating systems, firewalls, databases, cloud infrastructure, and identity and access management.
  • Experience developing integrations via REST API using coding languages such as Python.
  • Knowledge of SCADA and OT systems is a plus.
  • Industry-recognized technical certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner.
  • Client-facing travel and occasional client site and Tenable office travel may be required.

  • EU pay range of €72,500 to €96,500 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications.
