Description

  • Manage a wide range of member requests and provide tailored support across travel, dining, events, leisure, and special requests.
  • Use local knowledge to recommend bespoke solutions and curate high-quality options for members.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through attentive, personalized service.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best options for each request.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partner departments to deliver a seamless service experience and promote Ten Group’s wider offering.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records to ensure continuity and personalized follow-up.
  • Share insights, ideas, and best practices with the team to support collective success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and incorporate feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both German and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, concierge service, or lifestyle management, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in online research and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for customer service and an understanding of luxury lifestyles and exclusive experiences.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours per week, on a rotational shift basis Monday to Sunday.
  • Availability to work shifts scheduled either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00.
