Description

  • Advise premium cardholder clients by phone and email in French and English.
  • Handle customer inquiries from quote preparation through billing for individual trips.
  • Make travel reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
  • Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Provide advisory support that enables unique luxury travel experiences.
  • Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers.
  • Manage client requests for leisure travel with a high level of service quality.

Requirements

  • Excellent professional French and English, written and spoken, at C2 level.
  • Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage.
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or a travel agency.
  • GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus.
  • Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions.
  • Strong passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Available full-time for 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 CET, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Must be located in Spain for hybrid or home office work.
  • Secure home office setup at the confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions.
  • Must meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote or hybrid work.
