Description

  • Advise premium cardholder clients by phone and email in French and English.
  • Manage customer inquiries from quote preparation through billing for individual trips.
  • Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
  • Create tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Provide guidance on unique luxury travel experiences and service options.
  • Actively sell special promotions and exclusive offers.
  • Work with clients to deliver exceptional service across leisure travel requests.
  • Handle travel arrangements for a sophisticated high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Requirements

  • Excellent professional French and English language skills, written and spoken, at C2 level.
  • Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage.
  • Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in tourism.
  • Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, at a tour operator, or in a travel agency.
  • GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus.
  • Excellent destination knowledge across key global regions.
  • Strong passion for travel, luxury lifestyle, gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and alignment with Ten Group values.
  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00 GMT, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Located in the United Kingdom and able to work in a hybrid arrangement if within commuting distance of the office.
  • Ability to work remotely with a secure home office, minimal background noise, and minimum internet speed requirements.
