Description

  • Lead team development and project implementation.
  • Coordinate and plan projects according to the Agile Scrum framework.
  • Establish and maintain high firmware standards within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, evaluate, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company and team coding standards, documentation, and procedures.
  • Drive improvements in team performance and internal processes.
  • Administer performance reviews and goal setting for team members.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience programming embedded systems in C/C++.
  • Experience working with GSM, GNSS, and BLE technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing methods and frameworks.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team empowerment skills.
  • Independent problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with multi-tasking, embedded system architecture design methodologies, and current software quality standards.
