Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key business metrics.
  • Build scalable data models, data pipelines, and visualizations to support reporting across multiple departments.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Develop documentation and processes for data governance and management.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Power BI reporting tools.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to extract, analyze, and interpret Salesforce CRM data.
  • Integrate Salesforce data with Power BI to create unified views of the customer journey from lead to renewal.
  • Work with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to define and track CRM metrics such as ARR, churn, deal velocity, and win/loss rates.
  • Identify data quality issues in Salesforce, including gaps, duplicate records, and field mapping inconsistencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce CRM systems and relational data; Salesforce experience is required.
  • Strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data from various databases.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Exposure to dbt, Fivetran, or similar modern data pipeline tools.
  • Power BI certification (PL-300) preferred.
  • Salesforce admin certification is a plus.
  • Background in revenue operations or go-to-market analytics preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
