Description

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and screen sharing in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Resolve user issues while providing clear product and service information.
  • Recognize and document trends in customer calls, chats, and emails, and alert management as needed.
  • Identify product improvements, reproduce bugs, and escalate issues to management.
  • Maintain a positive, professional image for customers and stakeholders.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and support team guidelines.
  • Protect confidential data and customer information.
  • Maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional core support functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, or equivalent training and certifications.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.
  • Experience supporting smartphones, tablets, and computers across Mac, Android, and Windows operating systems.
  • Strong typing skills, including 40+ words per minute.
  • Polite, organized, punctual, detail-oriented, empathetic, and patient with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience succeeding in a high-volume environment and managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while working independently.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Italian, Dutch, or French are a plus.
  • Prior software support experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
