Description

  • Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-first digital retail experiences across web and mobile.
  • Identify high-impact consumer and dealer workflow problems that can be solved through agentic experiences.
  • Define and deliver AI agent workflows that can reason, invoke tools and APIs, and complete tasks reliably with human-in-the-loop and escalation paths.
  • Translate business objectives into PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Data/AI and Engineering to define agent architecture requirements, including tool/function calling, workflow orchestration, and latency.
  • Establish quality and safety guardrails, including evaluation frameworks, prompt/tooling guidelines, PII handling, and policy enforcement.
  • Drive experimentation and measurement through A/B testing, staged rollouts, feature flags, and continuous improvement loops.
  • Work cross-functionally to align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure go-to-market and support readiness.
  • Act as a product leader at the Staff level by mentoring other PMs, setting product standards, and influencing direction across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with customer-facing SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, or workflow products.
  • Experience in automotive retail technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end and delivering products that move business metrics.
  • Experience building AI-first products, including AI agents or agentic workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI product risks and quality, including hallucinations/grounding, safety, privacy, monitoring, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Ability to work deeply with Engineering and Data/AI teams and discuss tradeoffs across quality, latency, cost, and operational constraints.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to write crisp product narratives and decision documents.
  • Digital retail and data-driven growth experience across desking, trade-in, credit application, F&I menu, checkout, and appointment scheduling is preferred.
  • Strong command of experimentation and funnel analytics is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build shared platform capabilities such as APIs, services, configuration, policy, and governance is preferred.
  • Experience leading multi-squad, distributed onshore/offshore initiatives end-to-end is preferred.
