Description

  • Define and drive product strategy for the search and shop booking journey across flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Shape a product vision that balances user needs with business impact.
  • Apply modern product methods and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features.
  • Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that improve conversion and user confidence.
  • Use customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Run experiments and continuously test, learn, and iterate to maximize product value.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans for teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate the rationale behind product priorities and trade-offs to keep teams aligned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms preferred.
  • Experience in the travel space is a bonus but not required.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to influence across teams and functions.
  • Deep empathy for users and a solid understanding of UX principles.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay of $181,400 to $251,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
