Description

  • Design and build scalable, high-performance systems and services to support business growth and technical evolution.
  • Lead feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to influence system design and technical strategy.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and code quality.
  • Conduct code reviews and set engineering standards across the team.
  • Drive adoption of engineering best practices in design and implementation.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve technical challenges in production and development environments.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native services, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with microservices, containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, mentorship, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade software and improving team effectiveness.
