Description

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other digital outreach methods.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Guide accounts through the sales process and conduct product demonstrations as needed to close deals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Tekion’s SaaS products and services to communicate value effectively.
  • Deliver virtual meetings, presentations, and demos that address customer pain points.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support onboarding and customer experience.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Travel up to 20% for customer-facing sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Sales experience is required, with automotive software sales preferred.
  • Territory sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Comfort with virtual meeting platforms and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
