Description

  • Work on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to support configurations and customizations.
  • Support, manage, and deliver ongoing platform application support with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Own problem resolution and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Analyze system functions and review functional and technical specifications with other team members.
  • Replicate incoming incidents in UAT, QA, or Sandbox environments to verify fixes.
  • Work with the team to ensure best-practice and quality customer software support.
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Complete work-related training and learning toward relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform.
  • Guide and manage existing support engineering personnel where needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in software support environments.
  • Experience with a .NET programming language, preferably C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data, UI, logic, Dataverse, and visualizations.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong customer engagement and delivery experience.
  • Experience with Azure and cloud concepts.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users at all levels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be self-motivated, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to be resilient, customer-centric, and a strong decision-maker.
  • Strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Preferred experience working in managed services or SLA-based support.
  • Preferred experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications.
  • Preferred experience with SharePoint 365.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT is advantageous but not essential.
  • Formal management or leadership training is advantageous.
  • Relevant technical accreditations are highly desirable.
