Description

  • Work on existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects to support configurations and customisations.
  • Support, manage, and deliver ongoing platform application support to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Own problem resolution and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyse system functions and review functional and technical specifications.
  • Replicate incoming incidents in UAT, QA, or sandbox environments to verify fixes.
  • Work with the team to maintain best-practice, high-quality customer software support.
  • Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Complete work-related training and learning toward relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Guide and manage existing support engineering staff where needed.

Requirements

  • Industry experience working in software support environments.
  • Experience with a .NET programming language, preferably C#.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with data, UI, logic, Dataverse, and visualisations.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong customer engagement and delivery experience.
  • Experience with Azure / cloud concepts.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users at all levels.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Ability to be resilient, customer-centric, and make strong decisions.
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Working in managed services or SLA-based support is preferred.
  • Experience in Azure and Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Any Microsoft certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint 365 is preferred.
  • A relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT is advantageous but not essential.
  • Formal management or leadership training is advantageous.
  • Relevant technical accreditations are highly desirable.
