Description

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related add-on products, including configuration, support, training, and documentation.
  • Work with Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, and technical colleagues to deliver solutions.
  • Gather, define, and document user requirements and solution specifications with technical staff.
  • Explain to customers how their requirements map to standard or customized solution options.
  • Support customer engagement and maintain high standards of service throughout delivery.
  • Participate in change management activities and coordinate with technical resources to produce solution design documents.
  • Complete training and learning activities with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture expertise.
  • Collaborate with project delivery, quality assurance, and business-as-usual support teams.

Requirements

  • Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision / NAV implementation experience is essential.
  • Experience in change management and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and communicate with users at all levels.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT is advantageous but not essential.
  • Relevant functional and technical accreditations are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, Azure, and cloud concepts is desirable.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate how they have applied TEKenable values of resilience, heartfelt service, always striving, and insatiable curiosity in previous roles.
